Added support for three new foundation models to cellcontrast
Main changes:
Added Kronos, Deepcell, Eva in src/models
Added model-specific utility modules in src/utils/*_kit
Added model specific datasets in src/data
Added download_kit in src/utils that formats model weights
Updated src/models/init.py to expose new models
Updated CellContrastEmbed.py to support said models
Updated cellcontrast.py with model-specific arguments
Added celldownload.py in root to guide how to download and format the model weights
